When our master cake baker, Hans, is at work, the aroma of freshly baked delicacies wafts through the air early in the morning already. What does he conjure up in the in-house bakery? Cakes, gateaux, cream puffs and other tasty treats. There's a lot of input from family tradition, like great-aunt Burgi's recipes or the cream puff recipe from grandmother Anni. Treasures from our family. Our mandarin and sour cream cake is a classic. Cake innovations? We have those, too. Like the newly created 2022 house cake with berries, chocolate mouse and stracciatella cream. Something new to tempt all cake fans yet again.

Celebrating in Marquartstein
